Phil Faulhaber and Mark Gibbs, both state-licensed electricians, began their electrical careers in the early 1990s. In 2000 they combined their talents to found PM Lighting & Electric LTD in Avon, Ohio. We visited recently with Phil, Mark, and Phil's wife and Office Manager Ann, and listened as they provided this overview of the services they have to offer;

PM Lighting & Electric LTD is a full-service electrical contracting company serving the needs of residential and commercial customers located from Vermillion to Painesville and as far south as Summit and Medina Counties. We handle jobs ranging in size from installing residential light fixtures and ceiling fans to commercial remodels and industrial troubleshooting. We work with several property management companies, and are an approved contractor with FirstEnergy which allows our customers to pay for the work we complete on their monthly electric bill with approved credit.

Our residential services include installing telephone, cable, and dedicated computer lines, GFCI outlet installation, troubleshooting electrical problems, and installation of light fixtures, recess cans, and ceiling fans. We install landscape lighting, deck lights, security lighting, exterior post lights, and perform gas to electric post lamp conversions.

We have completed restaurant builds and remodels for Abuello's Mexican Food Embassy in Warrensville Heights and the Olive Garden in Elyria, in addition to completing projects for Cleveland State University and the local school districts in Solon, Fairview Park, Shaker Heights, and Euclid. Our retail experience includes Victoria's Secret and Check Into Cash, and our industrial work can vary from installing fire alarm systems to relocating machines and troubleshooting electrical problems with equipment.
