Our restoration services include salvaging and repairing walls, ceiling, and carpeting, including everything needed on the inside of a home or business to restore it to its pre-loss condition. All of our work is performed by our own highly trained technicians, and we are backed by Duraclean's Rapid Response Team 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year.

When responding to a call for water restoration services, our first order of business is to ensure the home or business is dried out thoroughly. We next assess the damage to determine whether the walls, ceilings, floors, and fixtures need to be cleaned, repaired, or replaced. Regardless of whether your home or business has been damaged by vandalism, fire, smoke, or water, we do everything possible to ensure the damage is repaired both properly and quickly.

We clean residential and commercial carpeting, upholstery, and draperies. All of our pricing is done on a square foot basis, and none of our crews are paid by commission. We simply evaluate your needs, quote a competitive rate for the services required, and do the job without trying to sell services you don't need. If you are unable to move your own furnishings, we will move your furniture prior to cleaning and place it back in position once we are through. All of our technicians have been trained and certified by Duraclean International and are thoroughly experienced. We are equipped with multiple machines and methods for cleaning a wide range of fabrics, including antique furniture and draperies.

In addition to our on-site carpet and upholstery cleaning services, we also specialize in cleaning oriental and area rugs and carpets. We will pick them up, bring them to our Avon facility to be cleaned and dried, and then deliver them back ready to be placed back in service at your location.

Our service area includes Cuyahoga, Lorain, and Medina Counties, and we have handled projects in Erie and Huron Counties by special request. We work closely with most major insurance carriers, and will go wherever they have a customer needing our assistance.
